Disappointed with The Royal Accommodations support line

I purchased a item from The Royal Accommodations on April 19, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gunnar F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope The Royal Accommodations will address this issue by waive the cancellation fees.
