I want to report a serious concern with The Royal Accommodations's unit that I purchased on February 8, 2025 from your East Delaneyhaven, Colorado store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eladio D., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like The Royal Accommodations to deliver the missing items.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from The Royal Accommodations, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my jacket. This is extremely frustrating.
