Refund refused by The Royal Accommodations

I want to report a serious concern with The Royal Accommodations's package that I purchased on May 13, 2025 from your Port Consuelotown, Ohio store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lowell S., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that The Royal Accommodations reimburse me for additional expenses as soon as possible.
