Complaint Details

I applied for a financial planning with Treasury of Heritage on April 9, 2025 and was assured by Keira G. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after had my personal information compromised, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I would like Treasury of Heritage to cancel my account without penalty.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Treasury of Heritage not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
