Hidden fees discovered in Treasury of Heritage statement

I applied for a financial planning with Treasury of Heritage on April 9, 2025 and was assured by Keira G. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after had my personal information compromised, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I would like Treasury of Heritage to cancel my account without penalty.

May 14, 2025 05:16I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Treasury of Heritage not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
