I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $504.85 on my Treasury of Heritage account on April 12, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Mayra G. who opened case #ORD-9150-THI-0387. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I expect Treasury of Heritage to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Treasury of Heritage not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
