Incorrect credit reporting by Global & Associates Samara
Complaint Details
I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $33.03 on my Global & Associates Samara account on March 11, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Eden F. who opened case #ORD-2983-YUM-1226. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I hope Global & Associates Samara will address this issue by issue a formal apology.
