Complaint Details
I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $257.64 on my Global & Associates Samara account on January 24, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Claudia B. who opened case #ORD-5644-ZGU-5610. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am requesting that Global & Associates Samara make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.

May 26, 2025 05:30I've received an email from Susan Rodriguez at Global & Associates Samara offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The gaming console was clearly defective from the start.
