Misleading advertising by Paradise Palace

I purchased a equipment from Paradise Palace on May 24, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alison K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Paradise Palace to make this right by train their staff to be more professional.
