Complaint Details

I applied for a checking account with Integrity Cash on December 28, 2024 and was assured by Marcia C. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after had my personal information compromised, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I am asking Integrity Cash to make this right by deliver the missing items.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Integrity Cash called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
