Credit card dispute with Integrity Cash

I've been a customer of Integrity Cash for many years with a loan product account. On December 20, 2024, I noticed was damaged upon delivery on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Joany H. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Integrity Cash to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
