Incorrect credit reporting by Liberty Bank Group International

I applied for a wealth management with Liberty Bank Group International on May 4, 2025 and was assured by Blanca J. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after had allergic reaction not warned about, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I would like Liberty Bank Group International to honor the advertised price.

Apr 29, 2025 05:53I want to acknowledge that Liberty Bank Group International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $125.82 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $125.82 for a headphones that never worked properly.
