I've been a customer of Heritage Financial International for many years with a retirement account account. On February 24, 2025, I noticed experienced frequent disconnections on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Selina B. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Heritage Financial International will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Heritage Financial International still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
