I purchased a item from Solid Engineering & Sons on December 7, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Karlie S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Solid Engineering & Sons to take responsibility and remove the unauthorized charges.

After my initial complaint, Solid Engineering & Sons contacted me to troubleshoot the air purifier. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
