I purchased a equipment from Builders Bros Holdings on March 20, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced website errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Minnie S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Builders Bros Holdings to remove the unauthorized charges.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Builders Bros Holdings still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their personal shopping service.
