I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from Standard Industries Inc. After paying $556.12 for package, I found that it faced system outages. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alena T., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Standard Industries Inc will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
