I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Standard Industries Inc. After paying $206.53 for warranty package, I found that it had allergic reaction not warned about. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Abbigail H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Standard Industries Inc to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.
