I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Velma M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Standard Industries Inc replace the defective product as soon as possible.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Standard Industries Inc still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
