I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings. After paying $665.57 for service plan, I found that it was overcharged for basic service. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Kaelyn K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings update their return policy as soon as possible.

May 01, 2025 05:12I want to acknowledge that Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $430.33 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $430.33 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
