I purchased a subscription from Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings on April 29, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was transferred multiple times without resolution. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Erling L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings will address this issue by fix their misleading advertising.

I want to acknowledge that Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $482.14 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $482.14 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
