On May 13, 2025, I signed up for Prime Products Corporation's maintenance plan at their Karleetown, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $480.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Buck S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Prime Products Corporation to offer compensation for the time wasted.
