I want to report a serious concern with Prime Products Corporation's service plan that I purchased on December 29, 2024 from your Bulahhaven, Wyoming store. The product has was overcharged for basic service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ashlee M., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Prime Products Corporation update their return policy as soon as possible.

After my initial complaint, Prime Products Corporation contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
