I have been a loyal customer of Prime Products Corporation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-7708-XOC-8042) on December 14, 2024, and have encountered found security vulnerabilities. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Prime Products Corporation to make this right by resolve the technical issues.
