Account closure without notice by Bank Planners Petaling Jaya

I've been a customer of Bank Planners Petaling Jaya for many years with a checking account account. On December 21, 2024, I noticed had repeated billing errors on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Domenick S. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Bank Planners Petaling Jaya to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.

May 23, 2025 06:02Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $57.34 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
