I am writing regarding order #ORD-5462-APB-2091 placed with Ultra Metal Inc on January 15, 2025. I paid $898.81 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was charged incorrectly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dorthy F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Ultra Metal Inc to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
