I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Solid-Design. After paying $345.38 for accessory, I found that it is missing essential components. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Lurline L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Solid-Design implement better quality control as soon as possible.
