I want to report a serious concern with Modern Builders Specialists's membership that I purchased on March 26, 2025 from your North Ceceliaville, North Dakota store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jacques L., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Modern Builders Specialists to take responsibility and provide the promised service.

I've received an email from Patricia Jackson at Modern Builders Specialists offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The grocery order was clearly defective from the start.
