I have been a loyal customer of Serene Inn & Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-9007-KBY-1535) on February 15, 2025, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Serene Inn & Services will address this issue by reimburse me for additional expenses.
