Recurring faced system outages with Serene Inn & Services system

I have been a loyal customer of Serene Inn & Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-5057-HDF-8501) on March 25, 2025, and have encountered discovered data privacy issues. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Serene Inn & Services to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.
