Hidden fees discovered in GlobalSavings International statement

I've been a customer of GlobalSavings International for many years with a mortgage product account. On May 17, 2025, I noticed was sold expired products on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Laurine R. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect GlobalSavings International to take responsibility and adjust my account balance.

May 14, 2025 05:43I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartphone from GlobalSavings International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
