I have been a loyal customer of Premium Residence & Experiences International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service plan (order #ORD-3548-DFV-7958) on March 25, 2025, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Premium Residence & Experiences International to take responsibility and provide the promised service.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Premium Residence & Experiences International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
