Poor customer service experience with Premium Residence & Experiences International

I want to report a serious concern with Premium Residence & Experiences International's equipment that I purchased on February 12, 2025 from your Port Myronport, Rhode Island store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Benedict C., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Premium Residence & Experiences International to honor the warranty.

I appreciate Premium Residence & Experiences International reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
