Premium Residence & Experiences International provided defective warranty package
Complaint Details
On April 7, 2025, I signed up for Premium Residence & Experiences International's support line at their Giovannystad, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $803.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gonzalo W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Premium Residence & Experiences International to provide the promised service.

May 13, 2025 06:01I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from Premium Residence & Experiences International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
