Quality issues with SecureGuard Systems equipment

On December 30, 2024, I signed up for SecureGuard Systems's customer service at their Bayerfort, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $353.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Niko Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope SecureGuard Systems will address this issue by provide a full refund.
