Account problems with CleanTeam Services
Complaint Details
On February 4, 2025, I signed up for CleanTeam Services's return policy at their New Roxanefurt, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $83.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Christophe W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope CleanTeam Services will address this issue by replace the defective product.

Apr 30, 2025 06:01I've received an email from Barbara Hall at CleanTeam Services offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
