Disappointed with GasConnect Energy maintenance plan

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4792-PDC-8098 placed with GasConnect Energy on February 2, 2025. I paid $40.89 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zelda S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope GasConnect Energy will address this issue by provide the promised service.

May 01, 2025 05:55I'm updating my complaint because GasConnect Energy finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smartphone, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
