I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from GasConnect Energy. After paying $213.04 for subscription, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Hulda K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope GasConnect Energy will address this issue by offer compensation for the time wasted.
