Frustrated with PowerGrid Utilities's lack of response

I purchased a accessory from PowerGrid Utilities on December 11, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had allergic reaction not warned about. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Presley T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect PowerGrid Utilities to take responsibility and update their return policy.

Apr 29, 2025 05:51I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartphone from PowerGrid Utilities not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
