Misleading advertising by LeadershipDev Institute
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-1690-ZXI-5409 placed with LeadershipDev Institute on April 24, 2025. I paid $239.65 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered received conflicting information from representatives. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Leatha K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like LeadershipDev Institute to train their staff to be more professional.

May 01, 2025 05:25I've received an email from Jessica Jones at LeadershipDev Institute offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jeans was clearly defective from the start.
