Refund refused by ScienceTech Academy
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of ScienceTech Academy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-5372-NUR-9660) on March 5, 2025, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope ScienceTech Academy will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.

May 17, 2025 05:57After my initial complaint, ScienceTech Academy contacted me to troubleshoot the cookware set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
