False promises made by CareerPath Coaching representative

I purchased a equipment from CareerPath Coaching on April 8, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Milton L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking CareerPath Coaching to make this right by expedite the delivery of my order.
