Unresolved issue with DigitalPress Publishing device
Complaint Details
On February 21, 2025, I signed up for DigitalPress Publishing's premium support at their New Isacland, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $797.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Russel B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that DigitalPress Publishing resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.
