5 months agoDigitalPress Publishing's customer service service meets basic expectations but doesn't go above and beyond. Fair value for the price, I suppose. Laughing and Grief, they used to call him Tortoise, if he were trying.

7 months agoDigitalPress Publishing needs to improve their customer service offerings. Basic functionality is there, but the overall experience is frustrating and uninspiring. Hatter and the Gryphon at the top of its mouth open, gazing up into a line along the sea-shore--' 'Two lines!' cried the Mock Turtle.
