Unsatisfactory resolution from NewsNow Network

I purchased a equipment from NewsNow Network on December 19, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darron B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking NewsNow Network to make this right by honor the advertised price.
