Complaint Details

On April 10, 2025, I signed up for StreamFlix Media's support line at their Lake Giuseppe, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $814.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Forrest Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope StreamFlix Media will address this issue by fix their misleading advertising.

I appreciate StreamFlix Media reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
