Complaint Details

On May 1, 2025, I signed up for GameZone Entertainment's warranty service at their Adahtown, Utah location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $388.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jettie K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that GameZone Entertainment stop their deceptive business practices as soon as possible.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from GameZone Entertainment called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
