I purchased a solution from Renovations Inc Enterprises on January 19, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Noemy V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Renovations Inc Enterprises contacted me to troubleshoot the grocery order. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
