I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from SpiceRoute Cuisine. After paying $366.19 for subscription, I found that it was billed multiple times. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Randi B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that SpiceRoute Cuisine extend my warranty period as soon as possible.
