I want to report a serious concern with GourmetDelights Catering's subscription that I purchased on April 12, 2025 from your West Gerda, New York store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Florian Z., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking GourmetDelights Catering to make this right by fix their misleading advertising.
