I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from BrewMaster Coffee. After paying $668.3 for warranty package, I found that it discovered hidden fees. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jada M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking BrewMaster Coffee to make this right by honor the advertised price.

After my initial complaint, BrewMaster Coffee contacted me to troubleshoot the jacket. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
