I purchased a membership from FreshGrocer Market on May 16, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marian B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that FreshGrocer Market offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.
